Videographers For Digital Content Creation - IN PERSON/
We would like students to help us with filming and creating content from our live gigs that is aligned with our vision, mission, and art sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. We are a music entertainment company that performs in front of an audience (theatres, festivals, weddings, etc.). We are based in Ottawa and our team comprises talented artists and musicians from various cultural backgrounds. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools.If you like the sound of our culture and are ready to tackle this challenge with us, then we'd love to hear from you.
Video Capture at Live Events - IN PERSON
The goal of this project is to capture videos at live events hosted by Entropy Entertainment. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:- Researching and selecting the best equipment for capturing videos at live events.- Setting up and testing the equipment before the event.- Capturing videos during the event.- Editing and producing the videos after the event.- Uploading the videos to the company's website.
Website Development
We would like a new website for our organization.We would like to work with students to develop a new website for us. Students should be prepared to:Create a design proposal including wireframes or low-fidelity mockups for our company's review.Build a fully-functioning website, with our assistance in providing content and copy.Provide training on updating and maintaining the site.
Non Profit grant search and writing
We are looking for assistance in finding and completing grant applications that will help us secure funding for improving our studios and spread our mission. We are hoping to find a student who could do research in seeing which grants may be available and then writing the applications on our behalf with our support.
Animated Product Video Creation
Our organization is looking to develop an animated video about our services. We are looking for a group of students to assist us in the script development, storyboard, scene creation, and animation of this video.We envision this project to include but not be limited to:The creation of a fun and engaging 1-3 minute animation about our services and product functionality that is consistent with our brand guidelines and communication strategyThis video will be displayed on our website, social media accounts, and shared by emailThe project will be presented to clients and customers during the first meeting

Logo & Usage Guidelines Update
Our new logo should be a visual representation of our values, voice, and services. We want to retain the recognizability that was established by the previous logo but give it a fresh new look. We also want to ensure that we have specific rules and tools to apply this new brand component in a professional and design-friendly manner.We believe this project will require:Defining our brand voice and values to translate into logo designs.Developing several logo variations for us to choose from.Researching our competitors to determine a unique, but correlated design.Researching our brand’s history and vision to develop a consistent visual representation.We want to have a new logo that is a positive portrayal of our organization, which can be used consistently across a variety of media. We want to rebrand our organization’s logo to fit our mission but by keeping the signature “E” in the sticks that stands for “Entropy”.
